We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Driver Helper who demonstrates a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence. Ideal candidates thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment and bring a people-first attitude with outstanding customer service skills. 

Full time, first shift, fixed schedule Monday-Friday. Job can be physically demanding and require some heavy lifting but can be rewarding as well. Good job for returning military. 

Responsibilities and duties:

• Demonstrate outstanding customer service to all donors and customers.
• Help the driver build, sustain, maintain donation sites for collections.
• Assist on two-man residential special routes, garage sale pick-ups, estate sale pick-ups, and fundraiser drive pick-ups.
• Assist with collection box and trailer site placements and removals.
• Help unload collections from truck(s) at the end of the routes.
• Maintain clean and orderly donation sites and routes based on company operational protocols and standards.
• Work safely and efficiently in loading and unloading trucks and trailers.
• Possess the ability to regularly work in the heat, the cold and in wet weather conditions.

Qualifications:

• Must possess valid state driver’s license.
• Must be 21 years or older
• Applicant must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to meet physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Capable of bending, stooping, crouching, pushing, pulling and climbing stairs and in and out of a truck frequently.

Education and Experience:

• High School Degree, GED or equivalent work experiences.
